Refund policy

At Al Bandar, we want the jar, bottle, or textile that reaches you to be the one you ordered. Food and handmade goods are handled under strict conditions.

We offer a refund or a replacement only if all of the following apply:

• The food is unopened, or the textile is unused
• The product has a clear defect, arrived damaged or spoiled, or is not the item you ordered
• You tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with a photo of the problem

We do not offer refunds for:

• Opened, tasted, or used food, including honey, oil, and preserves
• Change of mind
• Preference of taste, color, or texture when the item matches its description

If something arrives wrong, contact us with the order details and a photo. We will review the case.

An approved refund is returned by the original payment method where that is possible. Cash on delivery is refunded by agreement with you after we confirm the return.
