This apple brandy is made of purely hand-picked apples, fermented, distilled, aged and bottled at our craft cidery and distillery. The taste of this spirit is a reflection of our terroir. Locally sourced, our apple brandy gives you a sense of the place it came from, with its richness, earthiness and flavor.

How it is made

Local wood aged brandies follow the same guidelines as eau de vie. Head and tail characters are faults. Apple flavor is subtle. Wood character range from toasted Oak, Cherry and Cinnamon. Falls into two main camps – Calvados and Applejack, rounded spirit, apple blossom flavors and aroma, a varietal character and spiciness.
