Shipping policy

Al Bandar delivers within Lebanon only.

Orders are packed by hand in Douma after confirmation. Delivery is typically 2 to 5 business days, depending on your zone. The fee for your area is shown at checkout before you place the order. You can also review zones on the delivery page.

Delivery time can vary with location, stock, and conditions on the road. We send orders as soon as they are ready. A delay can still happen.

Please check that your name, phone, and address are correct. Al Bandar is not responsible for a delay or a failed delivery caused by details you entered incorrectly.

Payment is cash on delivery, or Whish Money when that option is offered at checkout.
